Lincoln's Tomb At Oak Ridge Cemetery

Last November, I went to Springfield, Illinois to see the Abraham Lincoln sites. They included his home, presidential museum and his tomb

I was perusing through YouTube this evening and came across a video (produced in 2005) of a visit to Lincoln's tomb in Oak Ridge Cemetery. It is by the Illinois Channel.

It is the most informative of the videos posted at YouTube and besides Lincoln's Tomb, it also shows the receiving tomb that held the remains of Lincoln and three of his sons (until a temporary tomb could be built) as well as three war memorials. The video contains much information on the tomb's history (including the failed attempt to steal Lincoln's body). It is about a half-hour long.
