National Parks Eclipse Posters Created

National park posters based on old Works Progress Administration (WPA) posters of the New Deal have been created tying the national parks to the upcoming total solar eclipse.

According to Vox.com:
There’s still time to plan a trip to watch the rare solar eclipse, which will cut across the US on August 21. And if you want to experience it in some of the most beautiful spots in the country, you’re in luck: There are 20 national parks and nine national trails in the path of the totality.
Artist and educator Tyler Nordgren, a professor of physics and astronomy at the University of Redlands in California, saw an opportunity to use the National Parks to educate people about space science.
And so he decided to put his artistic talent to use for the upcoming solar eclipse. His posters are inspired by the art used in midcentury Works Progress Administration materials.

According to one of his posters, Grand Teton, Great Smoky Mountains and Congaree National Parks will be in the area of 100% totality.
